As the clinic manager, Shailin has been a core part of Kian Derm since its inception, playing a central role in daily operations and ensuring that every client receives the highest quality of service. Before joining Kian Derm, Shailin gained over five years of valuable experience working in various healthcare centers. In addition to her responsibilities at the clinic, she is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of British Columbia (UBC), which further strengthens her ability to understand and support the emotional and psychological needs of clients. Her guiding principle is to foster mutual respect, create space for clients to be heard, and promote mental calm alongside physical well-being.
Keith Adams
Masi serves as the Medical Office Assistant at Kian Derm Clinic, playing an essential role in the daily workflow and ensuring order and care in the service process. Her calm demeanor and trustworthy presence contribute significantly to the clinic's welcoming atmosphere. She holds professional qualifications in midwifery, patient care, and health facility management from Iran, where she worked for over a decade as a midwife, head nurse, and maternity unit supervisor. Her background in high-risk pregnancies, neonatal care, and emergency services continues to influence her approach today. Despite her extensive experience in healthcare, Masi remains committed to ongoing learning and professional development. She is proud to be part of a team guided by integrity, precision, and compassionate care.

Dr. Paria Kian is the founder of Kian Derm CosmoMedical Clinic. She is a Canadian board-certified Family Physician with a primary professional focus on skin disorders and cosmetic procedures. Dr. Kian began her medical career years ago in Iran, where she practiced as a General Practitioner with a strong emphasis on dermatologic care and cosmetic services. After immigrating to Canada, she completed her Family Medicine training at the University of Manitoba, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Practical Dermatology from Cardiff University in the UK. Her approach combines up-to-date clinical knowledge with a deep respect for natural aesthetics and individualized care.
